Makoto was kicked out from her old school from fighting. She went to Usagi's school and they meet but Makoto's nice lunch. Although she wasn't normal to the others. She had a different uniform (because she was so tall they didn't have any in her size), and she was tall and sometimes mean. When the Jupiter sign appears on Makoto's forehead, Luna gives her the henshin pen. This is the battle of Zoicite.

Makoto is the strongest inner and taller senshi which is why her friends call her Mako-chan. She is aggressive and her powers are thunder. She really isn't a "tomboy" though. She loves to cook, sew, etc., etc.! Makoto is somewhat romantic and hopes that "he" will come.

Makoto's mother and father were killed in a plane crash. She lives in a apartment and probably uses their life saves to pay off the bills! But she really does take good care of herself. From this accident, Makoto's greatest fear is airplanes.

Makoto is very generous, loyal, etc. Although her "toughness" is probably from the past, when her parents had died. But Makoto, will be Makoto!
